New CRISP Article Published
Dr. Jared Grantham, co-founder of the PKD Foundation and a Harry Statland Professor of Medicine in Kansas City, sheds new light on the CRISP study in the August issue of Nephrology News & Issues. Click here (PDF) to read the article.
The CRISP study, which stands for Consortium for Radiological Imaging Studies of Polycystic Kidney Disease, has looked at the relationship between kidney size and disease progression in PKD patients. Although CRISP I is complete, CRISP II is following the original patient group for an additional four years.
