Transportation from Dalls Fort Worth Airport:

There are several different travel options from Dallas Forth Worth (DFW) Airport.

Shuttle: The Super Shuttle offers service from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field to the Hyatt Regency Dallas. They are offering our convention attendees a discounted rate of $14 each way or $13 each way if you book roundtrip service on-line. Book your discounted shuttle online. Our discount code is TDERT.

If you would prefer to book your shuttle over the phone, they have offered coupons. Please call (800) BLUE -VAN and give them our discount code, TDERT. Upon arrival at the airport, you will need to present the coupon, which you can print online (PDF).
 The normal shuttle rate is $17 each way.

Super Shuttle operates 24 hours a day. Regularly scheduled departures to DFW Airport are every half hour from 5:20 a.m. to 6:20 p.m. Call (800) BLUE-VAN to schedule a pick-up. For more information, visit their website.

Taxi: Taxi cab rates will vary from $40-$45 each way. They charge a $2 fee for additional passengers.

Railway: Transportation to and from DFW International Airport to Union Station available via Trinity Railway Express (TRE). Cost is $2.50 for a day pass. For more information, visit their website.

Transportation from Dallas Love Field Airport

Taxi cab rates will vary from $20 to $30 each way. They charge a $2 fee for additional passengers.

Other Transportation Options

Amtrak: Across the street from hotel with daily departure and arrival destinations across the U.S.
Greyhound: 5 minutes from hotel with daily departure and arrival destinations across the U.S.
Dart Light Rail Service: Guests can access light rail from Union Station. Cost is $2.50 per person for all-day premium pass. Cost is $1.00 per person for day pass within immediate downtown area. Hours of operation are 5:30am - 12:30am. Routes to the following: Immediate downtown area, Convention Center, Dallas Zoo, West End Historical District, Arts District, Uptown/West Village & Northpark Shopping Mall.

Valet Parking is available at hotel entrance. In and out privileges for hotel guests only.

Self parking:
Self parking in the outdoor Radish Lot is conveniently located on the north end of the hotel at the intersection of Hotel Street and Reunion Boulevard West.
Maximum $10.00 per day (including tax)*

Self parking in the Reunion Arena parking lot is located at the intersection of Sports Street and Reunion Boulevard with a public plaza directly across from the Hotel’s Motor Lobby. Managed by Central Parking Systems.
