Go to www.krogercommunityrewards.com and sign up with your Kroger Plus card to have Kroger donate money to "Central Ohio Chapter PKD Foundation". It is very easy and costs you nothing. Simply follow the step by step instructions when registering online.

When registering use the NPO number 81918 or the "Central Ohio Chapter PKD Foundation” for the organization. Whenever you use your Kroger Plus Card, Kroger donates money to our local chapter. If you have participated previously, you will need to re-enroll for 2012/2013 fiscal year.

Join us for the Walk for PKD on 9/22/2013. Registration is now open a walkforpkd.org/centralohio . There are also many great ways to help support the event as a volunteer including: day-of-event support, securing an in-kind donation, connecting us with a potential sponsor, communicating with participants, distributing promotional materials, serving on the planning committee and more.
