FDA Safety and Innovation Act

Signed by President Obama on July 9th, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Safety and Innovation Act includes the most groundbreaking measures for rare disease patients and their families since the Orphan Drug Act of 1983. This Act included some key provisions of the TREAT Act, a bill supported by the PKD Foundation.
