The mission of the PKD Foundation is to promote programs of research, advocacy, education, support and awareness in order to discover treatments and a cure for Polycystic Kidney Disease and improve the lives of all it affects. It is your fundraising that makes this possible. Once you sign up online, you have full access to a Mission Center that takes the guesswork out of fundraising. You can create your own webpage, upload you address book, send emails to your friends and track your progress. It makes fundraising easy, fast and affordable. (Free!)If you are more of a door-to-door, in-person kind of fundraiser, then we can help you there too. Download as many contribution tracking forms as you’d like, any time day or night… Or contact us and we’ll drop one in the mail. While knowing you have helped move us closer to a cure is its own reward, there are great prizes available to all those who raise $200 or more.  

Teams Make a Difference

Forming a team is easy and fun...and the quickest path to a cure! Invite family members, friends, and co-workers to join you in fundraising for a cure. As a team captain you will enjoy a host of wonderful and FREE online team features in your Mission Center, like posting updates to team members, tracking team fundraising progress and all the great online fundraising tools. All it takes to form an official team is three of your friends (total of 4 or more walkers), a great team name, and a designated captain. We’ll provide special online updates, team recognition, free tips and tools, and some special prizes just for team captains.

To Remember & Honor

The Pathway to a Cure is a day-of-walk program that allows you to remember and honor your loved one’s affected by PKD. You can purchase Pathway to a Cure Pinwheels to have on walk day to remind us all that each life living with PKD inspires. That each life lost to PKD brought great beauty to this world that lives on.
