  • Ask your company if they have a fundraising matching program.

  • Have snack/vending items donated and sell them for $1 or $2 at work.

  • Host a "Loose Change" drive at your school or church.

  • Ask a local bowling alley to donate lanes and charge at the door.

  • Ask neighbors and friends to donate items you can auction online.

  • Ask local business to donate gift certificates and host an auction at work.

  • Host a wine-tasting, have wine donated and collect donations at the door.

  • Host a movie night, have pizza donated and collect donations at the door.

  • Host a book sale and ask your neighbors to donate books for sale.

  • Organize a spaghetti at your local school or place of worship.

  • Host a car wash and ask businesses and neighbors to donate wash supplies.

  • Host a garage sale and ask your neighbors to donate items for sale.

  • Ask your favorite restaurant if they would host a benefit night.

  • Set-up a lemonade stand. This is a great way to get your kids involved.

  • For a fee, offer dog walking or house sitting services to your neighbors.

  • Host a "thon." Mow-a-thon, Rake-a-thon, any kind of "thon." You name it!

  • Ask your local shopping center if they can donate the coins in the fountain.

  • Ask your hair stylist - for a monetary donation or donation of their services.

  • Ask the server at your favorite hangout to donate a day's tips.

  • Write a note to your neighbors to ask for donations.

  • Ask local bakeries to donate desserts and host an auction at work.
