It is very easy and costs you nothing. Simply follow the step by step instructions when registering online. When registering use the NPO number 81918 or the "Central Ohio Chapter PKD Foundation” for the organization. Whenever you use your Kroger Plus Card, Kroger donates money to our local chapter. If you had participated previously, you will need to re-enroll for 2010.”
Benefit Days with Borders September 18 & 19
Shop at Borders bookstore during regular store hours on September 18 and 19 and a portion of all proceeds of sales will benefit the Central Ohio Chapter of the PKD Foundation! We encourage everyone to patron your local Borders bookstore in the Central Ohio Region to support the mission of the PKD Foundation. Borders bookstores are located at 6670 Sawmill Road and 4545 Kenny Road.
