Reservations and Rates

Again this year, the convention is offering discounted family plan and early registration rates.

Attendees Early Rate: $150.00 individual attendee
Family Plan Early Rate: $275.00 family of two ($25 savings)
   $400.00 family of three ($50 savings)
   $525.00 family of four ($75 savings)
   $650.00 family of five ($100 savings)This rate ends May 5, 2008. After this date, the rates increase by $50.00.

What your registration fee includes: - Attendance to all sessions featuring noted PKD experts
- Friday box lunch in exhibit hall
- Friday evening reception with hors d’oeuvres
- Continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings
- Saturday luncheon
- Two refreshment breaks

PKD Foundation Registration Fee Refund Policy:
The National Convention registration fee is 100% refundable until June 6, 2008. After this date, the fee will not be refunded.
