Workplace Donation

By participating in matching gift programs offered by thousands of employers worldwide, you can greatly increase your donation and thereby your impact on the fight against PKD. By taking advantage of a company's matching gift benefit, you may be able to double or even triple the amount of a contribution. Check with your company's Human Resource department to see how you can participate.

CFC Logo If you are a federal employee or serve in the military, or you know someone who does, please designate 10317 - PKD Foundation when participating in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) this fall. The 2009 season runs from September 1 to December 15 and this annual fundraising drive for federal civilian, postal and military employees will raise millions of dollars.

The PKD Foundation is not a United Way agency, but it does receive gifts through the United Way donor designation program. Please make a point to designate your donation to the PKD Foundation if you participate in the annual United Way campaign at work. 75 percent to 90 percent of your total contribution will be received by the PKD Foundation after United Way administrative fees are taken out.
