 If you are a federal employee or serve in the military, or you know someone who does, please designate 10317 - PKD Foundation when participating in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).
 The PKD Foundation is not a United Way agency, but it does receive gifts through the United Way donor designation program. Please make a point to designate your donation to the PKD Foundation if you participate in the annual United Way campaign at work. 75 percent to 90 percent of your total contribution will be received by the PKD Foundation after United Way administrative fees are taken out.
