Why We Walk…

Once again we are walking to cure Polycystic Kidney Disease and this year we have joined the PKD Foundation's National Walk to Cure PKD and are having the 2011 South Florida Walk to Cure PKD to help raise funds and awareness for the PKD Foundation. The Walk for PKD is the signature fundraising event for PKD patient education and research… And you can help us by making a donation to     The Faske Family Team or just joining our team!                                         

The 2011 South Florida Walk to Cure PKD is Sunday November 6th, 2011 at TY Park in Hollywood, FL.

Polycystic kidney disease is one of the most common life-threatening genetic diseases, affecting more people than Down's syndrome, cystic fibrosis, muscular dystrophy and sickle cell anemia - combined. Currently there is no treatment and no cure… But there is hope and the PKD Foundation is here to ensure that someday, no one suffers the full effects of PKD.
