Kansas City
Walk for PKD

Registration is now closed, but you can fundraise through November 9, 2008!

Make a difference.
You can help.

The Kansas City Walk for PKD was a huge success!

But the fight against PKD isn’t over … not by a
long shot.

A huge “Thank You!” to all the dedicated volunteers and walkers who made this event possible. You helped raise significant funds for PKD research and patient education … bringing us all one step closer to our ultimate finish line:
a cure.

Now help us go one step more. Keep your fundraising efforts going. Donations will continue to be accepted for the Walk for PKD through November 9, 2008.

Join us as we walk until every last person crosses the finish line!

We need your feedback! Take the post-event participant survey!

We had fun at the Walk and hope you did too!

Our very first “Penny Kids Dash” (formerly known as the Kid’s Walk) got us warmed up for an inspiring opening ceremony and a wonderful walk around the neighborhood.

The booths with blood pressure checks, clinical trials, advocacy and ARPKD information were well visited and we hope everyone got the information they were looking for.

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped with set-up, staffing the booths, tear down and clean up.  We appreciate all the helping hands!

Keep checking back for pictures and fundraising incentive prize winners.

A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ALL OUR SPONSORS
