Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor Donation Program
Kroger Grocery Store’s Neighbor to Neighbor Program allows us to allocate a percentage of what we spend to the PKD Foundation. Everyone who participates in the program in Texas and Louisiana helps support PKD research and education just by doing their shopping! This year’s program goes until April 30, 2012 so if you haven’t signed up, do it today! All you have to do is present the attached letter to your cashier upon checkout at Kroger. The cashier will scan the barcode with the Kroger Plus Card. Once a card is scanned with our Organization's barcode, it will be active for the remainder of the program year of July 1, 2011 - April 30, 2012
